PPC Pulse and the PPC Pulse Co-pilot Chrome extension · Last updated 10 October 2026
PPC Pulse is a workspace for paid-media planners. The PPC Pulse Co-pilot is its Chrome extension, which shows your campaign plan beside an ad platform while you set the campaign up. This page says what each of them reads, where it goes, how long it is kept, and what never happens to it.
What the Co-pilot extension reads
- Only on the ad platforms it supports — Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Microsoft Advertising — and on the PPC Pulse site itself. It does not run on any other website and does not read your browsing history.
- To follow along, it reads the headings and field names on the ad platform screen you have open, so the side panel can show the matching part of your plan. This happens inside your browser and is not sent anywhere.
- When you press a button — Point & Ask, What's next? or Chat — it sends the text of the setting you pointed at, or of the controls and notices visible on that screen, together with a summary of your campaign plan and anything you typed, to the PPC Pulse server to be answered. Nothing is sent until you press one of them.
- It never clicks, types into, submits or changes anything on the ad platform. It only reads, and highlights the control it suggests.
- It never reads password, payment-card or one-time-code fields. It does not download your ad account's reports or billing; the screen text it sends when you press a button is only what that screen is showing.
What the extension keeps
The campaign plan you send to it from PPC Pulse (or build in it), the language setting, and which items you copied are kept in your browser's own extension storage on your computer. Removing the extension removes them. The clipboard permission is used only to copy a piece of your plan when you press Copy.
The PPC Pulse web app
- Your account: your email address, name, role and a hashed password (never the password itself), and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
- Your work: the clients, plans, calendars, posts and reports you create are stored on our server so you can come back to them, and are visible only to your account (and to the workspace owner when they administer accounts).
- Files you upload (images, documents, videos, ad platform exports) are read to do the task you asked for and are not kept afterwards, except where the page says it saves a result.
- Usage records: which features each account used and when, for the workspace's limits and admin view — never the content of what was sent.
Who processes it
- Hosting: the server and its database run on Railway, in the United States.
- AI processing: text and files you ask PPC Pulse to work on, and Co-pilot questions, are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the answer. Google processes them under its API terms.
- Public web pages you point PPC Pulse at (a client's website, for example) are fetched to read them.
What never happens
- Your data is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
- It is not used for advertising, credit decisions or anything unrelated to the features you use.
- It is not used to train AI models by PPC Pulse.
How long it is kept, and deleting it
Account data and saved work are kept while your account exists. Ask to have your account and everything saved under it deleted at any time, using the contact below; it is removed within 30 days. Sign-in sessions expire on their own.
