Terms of service
PPC Pulse · Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms cover using PPC Pulse (the web app at ppcpulse.app and the PPC Pulse Co-pilot Chrome extension) and buying a paid plan. PPC Pulse is run by its operator, reachable at the contact below. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
1. The service
PPC Pulse helps plan, build and report paid media and content: forecasts, campaign drafts, posts, reports and news. It works with AI and with data from third parties. Features can change as the product develops; anything that takes away something you paid for will be announced in advance.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and use PPC Pulse for lawful purposes only.
- Do not try to get around the allowances, overload the service, scrape it, or reach other people’s data. Accounts that do may be suspended.
3. Plans and allowances
Free includes every tool with a monthly AI and keyword allowance. Pro adds client profiles and a larger allowance. Team gives each seat the Pro allowance and shared clients. The allowances, and what each plan includes, are on the pricing page; they reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC) and unused allowance does not carry over.
4. Payment and renewal
- Payments are taken by our payment provider. PPC Pulse never sees or stores your card.
- Plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly as you chose, until you cancel. The price you pay is shown at checkout, with VAT where it applies.
- Team seats are charged per seat. Adding a seat is charged for the rest of the current period; removing one takes effect at the next renewal.
- If a payment fails we will try again for a short while; if it keeps failing the account returns to Free.
- Prices can change. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and you will be told at least 30 days before it applies to your renewal.
5. Founding members
A limited number of the first paying accounts get a founding discount, shown on the pricing page. It applies for as long as that subscription stays active. If the subscription ends and is started again later, the price of the day applies.
6. Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time from “Manage billing” on your account page. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to Free. Nothing you made is deleted.
- If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your first purchase within 14 days and get a full refund: write to us at the contact below. Because the service starts as soon as you pay, if you have already used a large part of the paid allowance the refund may be reduced in proportion.
- Otherwise payments are not refunded for a period already started, except where the law says they must be, or where the service was unavailable for a significant part of it.
7. Your content
What you put into PPC Pulse and what it makes for you is yours. We store it to run the service, as the privacy policy describes, and do not use it for anything else. In a team, the team’s clients and the work on them are visible to everyone in it.
8. Forecasts and AI output
Forecasts, budgets, keyword figures and benchmarks are planning estimates built from published and measured data, not promises of results. AI-written text can be wrong. Check figures against your own accounts and read what is generated before you publish it or spend money on it: those decisions are yours.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep PPC Pulse running and your data safe, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, PPC Pulse is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or ad spend, and its total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
10. Ending
You can delete your account at any time by asking at the contact below. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable, and refund any unused prepaid period if we close it without a breach.
11. Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be told before the change applies. Hungarian law governs these terms, without taking away the protection of the law of the country you live in as a consumer.
